The DNA of my work:
I work in many different settings with multiple kinds of organizations - from child welfare agencies to educational instituations to research teams to conventional businesses. Along the way, I have noticed that it is often small, easy-to-overlook structures that interfere with people's ability to contribute more fully. Much of my work is about making shifts in those structures.
Here are a few elusive ambitions that guide my work. My hope is that this gives you a loose sense of my practice and what I am trying to achieve in any environment:
STOP unintentionally flattening, ignoring, and neglecting other people's imagination & intelligence
Restore & recover a belief in one another's creativity
Make tiny shifts in the mundane ways we meet and organize
Enhance the vitality and liveliness of our interactions
Plan for dynamic incompleteness
